Founder of CPS and the New Home Company, Steve has a detailed understanding of the build process from start to finish. With a focus on best practice, a passion for quality and an enthusiasm for business, Steve has built a highly profitable development company that is respected throughout the Midlands for the quality of its developments.
Co-owner and director of Co-Arch Architects, an award winning design-led RIBA architectural practice based in the heart of Birmingham. With a reputation as an accomplished networker, Shane has collaborated with various developers and investors on projects ranging from new build apartments to commercial conversions. Before joining Co-Arch, Shane worked with New Home Company, where he was responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring new development projects while managing its existing portfolio. His experience also encompasses involvement in multi-million dollar construction projects in Australia and New Zealand, which ultimately fuelled his passion for property development upon returning to the UK.
